***Jump Rope for Heart***

On Friday all second grade classes received their Jump Rope for Heart packets during our kickoff! The students watched a short video of a young boy whos heart was sick when he was born. Ms. Earney and I also discussed why we do JR4Heart and how raising money is going to be used to help kids their age by supporting heart research. The students were very excited to get started and are excited to earn "lifesaver ducks!" 

On March 19th we have a joint celebration with the 3rd graders at Oakcrest to show off our awesome jump roping skills and to celebrate the donations the students have received for The American Heart Association!
